I'm just wanna ask if android will gets in the future: spotify now, spotify TV section, and running tempo detection for the running songs, also a material design update.

Yes, Spotify Running and all those features that were added to iOS will be added to Android phones too.

I don't know when the features will be added, but it's been said that all of them will be added.
