there is no sound on my android but my playlists are there....Im paying for something I can't use right now...what is going on

First though, I'm gonna need some details to help me understand your problem.

What android device and version are you using?

What exactly is going on? When you select a song is there no audio? Songs are missing from your playlists?

What do you mean by "cancel something I don't have"? Does sound not play when you select a song?
