New phone

I just got a new phone and upgraded to premium, and every time I try to log in on said phone it just tells me I have already created an account with this email and just goes back to the log in screen, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Are you sure you are in the login section and not the sign up section? 🙂

I have excaly same problem. And of course I'm trying to log in, not sing up... Anyone can help, please?

I am having this same issue! I have contacted support several times concerning this issue & have not had a single reply! Since I pay for premium I believe I should be able to use it! This is ridiculous & frustrating to say the least

Hi @Fragglerocker @gosiaw @webedeckers,

So when you aren't in the Sign-Up section then I have only the idea to check out this link:

, maybe you have too much offline devices...

But actually you should be able to Sign-In weather you have 3 offline devices, because it
only depends on if you download something or not. But you can give it a try eatherway;)

!!!But to make clear, if you delete the devices, you have to redownload your Songs!!!

Hello @Fragglerocker

Please make sure you are entering your username not your email, andd if you created an account via facebook please make sure your using the "Login with Facebook" option 🙂

If this does not work you can try a clean reinstall.

Also i understand you have been speaking to support about this issue but they have not recieved a reply from you? if you havent recieved a mail please check the spam/junk folder, maybe its in their 🙂
