Android completely broken

Been using Spotify for year and since lolipop its been terrible. First the lock screen stopped dislaying a media hub, had to work around that, since the lastest update its 100% broken.

All my music went offline DISPITE having premium for god knows how long. You just took your monthly fee 2 days ago so I know i can still use premium features. So i cleaned cache, force stop app,still nothing. So I logged in and out still broken. So i uninstall the app and reinstall and now it hangs on log on screen.

What in the world can i do to use this broken thing.

Perhaps a fulll clean reinstallation solves your problem.

Just follow these steps:

From the home screen, tap Settings > Apps.
Find Spotify in your list of apps.
If you're able to, tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Tap Uninstall to remove the app.
Turn your device off and then back on.
Open Google Play then search for and install the Spotify Music app.
