college discount not working

I'm trying to sign up for the college discount but at first it wouldn't find my school, then eventually worked, but then said they couldn't find me in my school. I waited a few days and tried to redo it and now it keeps saying my card is having a bad day.

Have you attempted the manual link up where you provide documentation of your student status?

I was going to try that but none of my cards will work now either.

Yes I've been using my cards no problem have money in both accounts, but
for this it keeps saying my card is having a bad day. Even when I tried to
buy the original version without the college discount it didn't work.

It didn't work but I'm getting a new bank so I'm going to try using that and if that doesn't work then I'm going to contact the email team or on Twitter
