topic OMG help in Android

I got an iphone5c a couple months ago. I downloaded spotify and subscribed to premium. The offline music is all I can listen to at home but uses up to much of my storage. So I got a nextbook ares 11 tablet 2 in 1. I downloaded spotify onto it. But my music keeps pausing and skipping songs constantly! I deleted it from my phone thinking that would help.... well it didnt. Is there a way to have spotify on my tablet and have it work the same as my iphone. Why cant I have it on multiple devices if I am paying for it?

Hi!

For a description of the offline functionality You can go here:

https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/guides/#!/article/Listen-offline

You can have up to 3 devices registered with the Spotify Premium account and can download offline on all 3 at the same time, so for You it should not be a problem.

But You can stream live on only 1 device at a time.

If You have a specific problem on a specific device You should write here the Spotify version and the device information: brand, model, OS.

Remember to always update to latest Spotify app version.

And also try a clean re-installation.

If the offline files are placed on an SD card You should verify thet is a good SD card and it is compatible with Android hardware.
