Hi. Maybe if you contact your internet provider they can configure it for you. On the other hand, if you have access you can disable the firewall on your router so everything is open.

Hi, I'm new to Spotify and I have a Premium account. My problem is that the wifi at home does not work on my device (Samsung Note 5), it says I have no connection. It works perfectly when I'm on my mobile data. I read the troubleshooting about this and maybe I have to open port 4070 in IP range 78.31.8.0/21 and 193.182.8.0/21 but I have no clue (not even in my instructions) how to deal with the "/21" prefix. My router is: Alcatel Lucent 7130.
Any other solution will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Oliver.
