Hi how come I've just paid for premium and its still saying update payment yet it's took the money out :s

Try logging out and back in again
Sometimes it can take a little while to replicate e through the servers.

Also make sure you are logging in with the same account details as the one that has been upgraded.

It's not letting me do anything when I load the app other then update payment , that's all I can click on

I see you marked my post as the solution, has it now been solved? If not then iI can escalate this for you so a member of the team can look into why you aren't getting premium.

App is not letting me enter my credit card info. It just keeps going back to the home screen when I try to enter the card expiration date

Can you try a clean install? Use the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature to get the best results.
