Offline mode kills downloaded playlists!?

Hi guys,

I suffer from a very annoying issue with Spotify on my Android phone.

Although I downloaded a complete playlist (which works nicely), it happens that Spotify tells me, that the playlist is not fully downloaded next or the overnext day.

I have the suspicion that it happens when I switch to offline mode.

For example, on Sunday, I checked the download status again (online mode) and when I sat in a plane on Monday morning (offline mode) it told me, the playlist is not available offline.

Man that sucks!!!

And after the trip I went online (it told me still the playlist was not available offline) and Spotify downloaded some 15 songs and then it showed the playlist offline available again... until two days later the same sh*t happened again.

It really sucks.

What can I do to solve this?

Can you try a clean install? Use the guide linked in my signature which details a complete way to get a clean start.

If you still have issues it may be that part of your sd card is corrupt.

I have the same problem and nothing helps.

I will try it.

But I doubt it is the SD card - it only happens when switching to offline mode.

Hi - it happened again today... switched from offline to online mode and back and, guess what, all downloaded songs were gone... frustrating...
