Spotify Incompatible with Samsung E500H?

Google Play Store says that Spotify is incompatible with my phone model: a Samsung E500H Android version 4.4.4

Anyone know why this is? I just signed up for premium expecting I would be able to get the service to work on my phone...

Is there a workaround or am I just screwed?

You can grab and install the app directly from Spotify by going to m.spotify.com on your phone browser. As for the incompatible notice, that is odd. Can you provide a screen shot of the message on the play store and then we can have this looked into.

The direct download is what I ended up doing. I think the Google Play store was trying to prevent me from downloading the file, maybe cause I bought the phone internationally?

What is the error you get from Google play? If it says "this app is not available in your country" then that would explain it. But if you are getting the "incompatible with your device" Warning then i still think it may be an issue with the Google play submission by Spotify and they may need to check the supported devices in the developer console.
