I paid for premium again but i still have to be online to listen to all of my songs. this has never happened to me before.

Have you tried saving a playlist/album then making it as available offline?

Please can you provide me detail and if possible screen shots.

no I haven't I don't think I should have to do that. I didn't have to do that before. if I was offline I was able to play all of my music but but now it only lets me play about 30 songs out of the 200 that I have when I'm offline. I don't to want have to make a playlist of all of my songs that would take forever

If it's not downloaded to your device then you can't play the song offline. It's a streaming service, and streaming requires an active data connection. Premium has no correlation to your ability to listen to music on or offline, other than downloading music to your device.

I'm confused. It sounds life you have already marked some tracks to be available offline; which is what I was asking.

You should try a clean install following the guide linked in my signature.
