Can't connect to the application

Dear all,

I need your help, I can't connect to the application.

I have a free account.

When I type my login and password on the application (Android) I have the following message: You already have created an account with this email address.

I have the last version of the application (3.6.0.789)

Do you have any ideas of what the problem might be?

Sounds like you pressed the 'sign up' button by accident. Close the app and re-open it then tap on 'Log In'

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, I was carreful to press the right button.

I pressed the Log in button and the problem is still there.

In the mean time I received a lot of email from Facebook saying that I tried to connect to Spotify. Can it be linked?

Ah, you're connecting with a Facebook login. Are you logged into the Facebook app on your device?

Yes I am.

When I created my Spotify account I didn't use facebook. I added it later.

But I can delete the facebook login from Spotify if you know how to do it.

Hi Daniel,

I deleted the Spotify app into Facebook.

Clear the cache of the application and tried again and it worked.

Can you instead of trying to sign in with Facebook on the spotify app try to create a new account, but select Facebook as your tye?
