I have an iPhone that last Saturday I left fell into the toilet. Now I have a temporary Samsung that I installed Spotify but I can't login at the Premium account I have on the iPhone. How can I use the same account?

You should be able to log in with the same account add premium is associated with the account, not device. Did you use a username login or Facebook? Try logging in at www.Spotify.com/account and see if it's showing you as premium there

The main issue is thaf I don't remember if I logged into the iPhone through Facebook.
What if I don't remember username I used on the iPhone?

If your Facebook logs you into the same account with your playlists, you can view your original username on your online overview at www.Spotify.com/account

If not, enter your email address at this page and it will send you a password reset as well as your username: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

Nope. Will purely be based on your login detail as you can use it with multiple devices

I Had Premium in iPhone. Here it is offering me Premium.
And it is saying spotify trial version expires within 24hs.
I see it has 1 of my playlists. Only 1
Might be another account or not ?

Sounds like a different account. I suggest you contact Spotify Support using the contact form linked in my signature. They should be able to tell you your account details based on your payment information.
