On just android or have you tried with other devices such as the desktop app or Web player?

If android can you try a clean install, use the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature to ensure you get a completely clean install.

The problem wasn't solved, like when I press shuffle play no music were played

You don't have access to a computer to try the web player?

Have you tried with both headphones and through the phone speaker?
