What if you search the play store for Spotify and then select it, does it give you the option to uninstall or open? <BR /><BR />If uninstall then that's very odd. I'd suggest you do uninstall then reinstall and you should have the icon back. <BR /><BR />If it didn't say either of those then it must say 'install' and that must mean the app is no longer installed in your device.
