Desde hace unos días me sale error al cargar las emisoras de radio por ejemplo jazz, blues, clasica

I've tried a clean install but the radio doesn't Work.

OK, I have escalated this to support so hopefully someone can look into this for you. In the mean time can you confirm the device, OS version and Spotify app version you are using?

device: nexus 5

OS: Android 5.1.1

Spotify version 3.7.0.833

Thanks, can you provide a screenshot showing the issue at all?

Also this sometimes can be caused by multiple offline device. Try clearing them from here: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/ (note you'll have to re-sync any offline tracks after doing this)

Everything looks good on the server side. Have you been able to try with another WiFi or on Mobile Data?
