Friends Top Tracks Not Updating

The songs in my Friends Top Tracks playlist haven't changed in at least a month. It often says the playlist was updated "today," but the songs never change. I follow a lot of people who all use Spotify regularly, so the playlist is definitely not updating. How do I fix this?

Having the same issue. I love this feature but it is not updating properly. Every other person in my feed is listening to Ryan Adams' 1989, but it is nowhere to be found in my Friends Top Tracks list, even though the list says it was updated today. Songs seem to enter the chart and never leave since about a month ago. Any idea what could be causing this?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Friends Top Tracks.

Can you try to reinstall Spotify following the steps here to see if that gives it a fresh start?

If that doesn't work, please confirm the following:

- Device and operating system

- Spotify version

- Screenshot of the "update" message

I followed the instructions above with no luck. It's hasn't updated in weeks.

Here's my info:
- MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
- Spotify version 1.0.14.124.g4dfabc51
- Not sure what you mean by "update" message

- not sure about the update message - I attached a screenshot of top tracks update info

I followed the uninstall/instructions as well, but the Friend's Top Tracks list has not updated.

- Device and operating system: MacBook Air running El Capitan (version 10.11.1)

Reinstalling did not work for me.

I use the latest version of Spotify on both Windows 10 and an Android phone, and I tried reinstalling on both but the playlist still hasn't updated.

The uptade says: Last Update: Today, but this chart is everytime the same there're 3 months. No changes.

I have the same issue. Regardless of platform (and I use it on Windows, Linux, MacBook, iOS and Android), I have the same playlist, that hasn't been updated for months.

I see that many people experience that problem - spotify, why can't you fix it?

This is what they told me:
