can´t log in

Here is the case

I use to log in to spotify trough facebook.

My facebook web got converted into bussiness and the migration never finished.

I want to resset my premium spotify password without going trough facebook

Can anybody help

If you were issuing Facebook to log in then you would have to use the same account details. You can only change your password through Facebook.

If you wanted to convert from Facebook to an email login then if you create a new account with your email address and contact support using the contact form linked in my signature and they may be able to assist in getting your playlists and subscription transferred over.

Ok I understand but:

While this happend the profile I used to log in on spotify, was converted to a company profile by facebook.

It requested an administrator so I put my self and now I am not able to log in into that profile other than trough my own profile.

So the profile used for spotify desapeared it was supossily migrating, but this process never ended.

I don´t know if you can help with this, but thank you anyway

I think you'll have to get Facebook to sort this as it's all controlled their side for the single sign on
