Two days ago when trying to open the app the phone just send me to main screen. The appears a message 'spotify sttoped working'

What can i do??

its not a problem with the phones, its a problem with the update spotify released on oct 1, since then my spotify wont open

I get why you would think that, however can you try a clean install as suggested as this is the first suggestion for troubleshooting

SOLUTION

Connect your phone to the computer.

Open Kies

DOwnload and install all the firmwares available

Done aparently it works again.
