Samsung Note 4 no longer downloading

Premium member. App worked fine up until 2 days ago

I have tried the reset instructions several times and tried both internal and SD card storage.

The app installs fine and streams without issue, but when I select an album to download it hangs at "waiting to download"

Aside from the easily found Spotify uninstall solution, which I have done, is there anything else to try?

Hi @Floydfan33!

Can be a faulty or not-compatible SD card (Sandisk with Samsung Note 4 is bad, I replaced with a Samsung SD card).

Or when You uninstall the Spotify app You should check that there is no more a "Android / data / com.spotify.music" folder (neither on internal storage neither on the SD card).
