Not Available Offline

I have had Spotify Premium for almost a year now. And just about a week ago I lost my ability to listen to music offliine. I had all my music downloaded and the tab flipped to "Aviable offline". Now I can not even find the tab to flip to available offline on my Galaxy S4 or on my Mac... This is very frustrating since the offline feature is the main reason I pay for Preimum. Any help would be amazing thank you!

Do you've tried to reinstall your client ? If not, here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

This may solve your issues. ^^

still having same problem as well man. did clean install. did nothing. same time this started stuff i add to my music disappears every time. heard many people say same and all spotify keeps saying is clean install. didnt realize the offline problem until after the stuff not being saved to my library. so not sure how long thats been a problem. would rather have someone from spotify walk me through it on the phone but dont see that as an option.

- Version of Spotify

- Current version of Android

- Brand/Model of device

- Date it started happening

- Country

3.8.0.800, 5.0.2, HTC one m8, 1 1/2 to 2 months ago,USA. thanks appreciate any help you can offer. never had reason to complain about spotify before.
