spotify doesn't open

Hey all,

Can someone help me out pls.
I have resetted my android fone the day before yesterday.
So when i installed spotify again it opened once. So i logged on. But now, everytime i want too open spotify, it throws me out.
I already tried a few times with remove spotify and download it again.
Also tried it with logging in with fb...

Hi, Camillo!

I'm facing the same problem. After enter with FB account, the app closes. And when I try to open again, it keeps a few seconds with the black screen , then it appear this screen below and closes again.

Device Brand: Samsung

Device Model: Galaxy S5 (SM-G900M)

Device OS version: Android 5.0

Spotify app version: 3.8.0.800

tengo el mismo modelo de celular y sucede lo mismo. ya lo reinice, le quide la SD y sigue igual... ayuda
