Downloading songs for offline

I just started having the problem of not being able to download any songs to my phone. My SD card has plenty of storage sapce but as of about a week ago all my spotify says is "downloading 0 out of x amount completed". Occasionally it would download a song or two, and other times those previously downloaded would show up not downloaded. I have tried relogging in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing seems to work. It worked for a day or so after i updated the app but now it has stopped working again. I can listen but can not download. Are there any solutions to this problem?

Hi @denismalinin

You should do:

1) try a clean reinstall of the Spotify application

2) try without the SD card or with a new SD card (compatible with the device)

3) can You write down Your information so I can help the developers better undertsand the problem:

- Version of Spotify

- Current version of Android

- Brand/Model of device

- Date it started happening

- Country
