I dont know what is going on , but I cant open my Spotify, It open then close, only on my android, its normal on computer, already made the normal procced ( re-install - restart ), My phone is S5 .

hey @nicholasgrucci

Have you cleared cached data first before reinstalling the app? And if you do, can you please try it once again without your SD card.

I'm having the same problem. I did everything i could possibly do and nothing.
In my case it started on monday and i have a samsung galaxy S5 too.

Spotify developers are working on it.

Can You all write down Your information so I can help the developers solve this problem:

- Version of Spotify

- Current version of Android

- Brand/Model of device

- Date it started happening

- Country

Hi @nicholasgrucci @agustamargo

It is something that Spotify is currently looking into, in the meantime there's a different app version that you can use which should work fine.

Here's how to install it:

• Open up Settings on your S5
• Slide down to the System section
• Tap on Security
• Check the box next to Unknown sources
• Tap on this link to download it: https://d1clcicqv97n4s.cloudfront.net/android/s5/SpotifyAndroid.apk
• Tap on the app from your notification menu once it's downloaded to install.
