It has been going on for over a month!<BR /><BR />I have a galaxy alpha with the newest version of spotify. I'm also a premium user.<BR /><BR />I have reinstalled the app over a dozen times with no change. I am usually offline with no Internet connection when it happens. The artists and saved albums are still present, however they are unavailable<BR />to listen to offline.<BR /><BR />I have over a hundred saved artists and it takes ages to re-download them for offline listening.
