Bluetooth controls

all controls on my Bluetooth headset worked fine on my Huawei for about a month then last week the pause/skip function stopped (volume Ok). Headset controls work on other phone apps also on Spotify on other phones...so it's not the headset. Have reinstalled spotify on my phone also factory reset on the phone.......must be the phone??
Any ideas?

So you have any headset control apps addicts as JAYS as these can interfere. What other phones have you tried with, a Huawei as well or different manufacturers?

Hi Daniel.Have not tried any other Bluetooth headset. Will try and locate a
set.

No luck yet. It must be a problem with the phone. Tried factory reset (never again) ...No good
