Problem With Switching song

I doft know if it is the phone or spotify. But when the song is done it wont switch to the next song. I must switch it manually. Plz help.

Do you've tried to reinstall your app? If not, here is a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

I have the same problem with the Xperia z5, reinstal doesnt help

Using a BT headset it's working as expected for me. Also activating 1 second of crossfade in the app.
