I love my spotify and the service I get with it but this is really irrititating, I am considering cancelling my Spotify as you are not offering the service I expect. Its only recently this has started to happen....Why?? I go to listen to my music on my daily commute and none of my songs/playlists are not available. I get home or into work download them, all happy thinking this won't happen again for a few days.....and what do you know the same issue happens again. Please fix this as you will lose my custom and others by the sounds of it. Not a fantastic business strategy, is it??
