Waiting to Download

I just switched to a different phone and when I go to download my music, since I always listen offline, it tells me it's waiting to download. It has been stuck like this for a week now and I know that it isn't a space issue since I have 12 GB of space. And I have also unistalled the app multiple times.

I am running 5.1.1 Android and 4.0.0.800 Spotify.

The phone is the Nexus 4 but I also had this issue on my 2013 Moto X

You should try and login through the web interface on spotify.com to manage your account. From there you should delete all of your offline devices. Then try redownloading your music.
