Today I bought a $39 spotify voucher from the super market and I've been trying to use it, but my phone and windows computer aren't accepting it. I have no clue what is happening but I need help.

I found the following information on the help page of spotify:

Why doesn’t my gift card work?

There are several possible reasons you may find you're unable to redeem a Spotify Gift Card code to your account:

The code you're entering is simply invalid. Make sure you're entering the code as shown on the back of your card or on the receipt given upon purchase of the card.
For example: try 0 instead of O, and I instead of l (lower case L).
Your account was created through a discount promotion.
Your account is a Spotify Family account. If this is the case, please click here for more information.

I can't redeem the gift card I bought from a store.

Your gift card was probably not activated when purchased. Please return to the store and ask for them to activate it.

Are you still having problems redeeming the gift card?

If so, please, contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
