That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Yes i have uninstalled it... re installed turned phone off and on also took sd card out and still nothing..

It would be great if you could give us these details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 10.10 OSX)

3. Spotify app version installed (1.0.2)
