EVERY time I start spotify it has to resync offline tracks. Varies from a few % to 50% of all my offline tunes.

This has been going on for months now. I've been in touch with Spotify support but everything they tell me to do has failed to fix fault. Any more ideas.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

Spotify = 4.4.0.1008

Android = 4.4.2

32GB External SD card (where tracks are stored)

I have reinstalled Spotify about 10 times so far.

Done simple reinstall and more comprehensive reinstall - deleting specific Spotify folders, restarting mobile, installed with and without SD card.

Logged off ALL devices - I've done it myself and Spotify support have done it as well.

Reformatted SD card a number of times.

Done a factory reset on mobile phone.

Tried all of the above when I had access to another wifi network.

Removed all cache cleaner apps, task killer apps from my phone.

EVERYTHING has failed to resolve the fault.

PLEASE any more ideas? If this cannot be fixed is it not a breach of contract? I'm paying for a service that I cannot get.
