I read the instructions to sorry my music, but where it says pull down to get to sorting out doesn't say what to pull down. Please clarify.

Hi @mrdmcneese, welcome to the spotify community.

When you are viewing the songs in your music library or the songs in a playlist, you typically see at the top of the screen the green "Shuffle Play" button. If you put your finger anyhwere on the screen and drag down, you will reveal a filter text box and a button in the top right that looks like a menu button. if you click the menu button you will see a list of sorting options.

If you can't find it, let me know and I will prepare some screen shots for you.
