Extreme Quality Download Not Working

Normal quality works fine, the songs all download and work offline, but high or extreme doesn't. Only Around 1 in 20 songs work offline, the others need to stream.
Also streaming extreme quality songs will either stop 2 seconds before the end and not continue or 2 seconds from the start and require a skip forward and back to play...? (Same on my laptop)
Any idea how to solve this?

Are you still having issues with the app?

If so, we'd recommend heading here and removing your offline devices. After this, reinstall the app following these steps.

Let us know if the app keeps acting up, and which device(s)/operating system(s) this is happening on.

I am using a nexus 6 with stock android. After trying what you sent the
problem still persists with only normal quality, both downloading and
streaming, working properly.

Just to confirm, you're still having issues with the tracks stopping 2 seconds before ending or after starting, on normal quality?

Does this happen with tracks from our online catalogue or from your local files? Is it while offline or online?

Firstly i have not tried with local files as i have non, i am almost
completely reliant on Spotify for music.
Music still stop 2 seconds before ending or 2 seconds into the track and
this happens on all quality settings, normal, high and extreme; more so on
extreme however and this happens weather playing streaming playlists or
downloaded ones.
I have always been able to download music and play all the tracks buy *not*
in the desired Extreme or even High quality; with these settings (extreme
and high) only 1 in 10 songs work if i'm lucky with others requiring being
streamed. this is still the case, even after doing what you suggested.
