Good morning,

my girlfriend in another house (and different network) is able to connect and play music on my heos device using spotify connect. Could you tell me why? I think it's not normal.

The strange thing is that while Spotify plays music from another device in another network and house, heos app shows me my controller (samsung device in this case) and no my girlfriend's device.

We'd recommend your girlfriend reinstalls the app following these steps.
