sound stops randomly

hi all,

for the past 4-5 weeks this started happenning on my android devices (firstly on my tablet, but later also on my phone):

the music is playing fine, however after some random time when a new track starts, there is no sound, however the track keeps on going when i look at the device.

this happens randomly, meaning there is no pattern, however it happens eventually every time i use spotify on my android device

- album/playlist/shuffle mode.... - does not matter

- it happens after one song, sometimes after three, after five...

i have a premium account

tried reinstalling, restarting, clearing cache,.... still happens

it started about 5 weeks ago, it did not happen before at all

when it happens, the sound comes back only if i select next song, or move the track progress bar a little bit

needless to say, this is very annoying and not a good service

maybe a bug in the streaming service???

please help, otherwise i will have to look at other services that work
