No local file sync/download on Android.

Hello,

i am running Spotify on 2 Pc's and 1 (new) Android Device. All Devices are connected to the same network.

I tested adding local files to my playlist on both Pc's,but my Android Device doesnt sync/download the local files to offline mode.

I restarted the router,added ports,fresh reinstalled all spotify versions on all devices.

I am Premium User. The Problem occured 5-6 days ago after my provider switched our connection to glass fiber.

Only the Connection and my Android Device changed the last few days.

Router is the same as before,Pc's are the same as before. Maybe its a issue of the latest desktop client?

Specs:

2 x Windows 10 Pc's

1x Samsung Galaxy J5 5.1.1 Lollipop
