Hi,

I would really like to know why i still have adds as premium user. I log off and back in as was sugested somewhere but it didnt help.

Try uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it. This is usually what to do next if logging off and back on doesnt work.

so for fixing this pretty common issue i had to spent my time and my data to redownload and reinstall, not even sure if its pernament solution. If we are paying i would think they can fix their app. But as we know they will not....

Have you contacted customer support? support@spotify.com I had some trouble last month with my radio feature, and the advise they gave me helped, plus they update squashing bugs quite often.

ì didnt. just wanted to duplicate topic for around 10 000time where pple complain about this. They know this problem occurs and they still didnt fix this.
