All tracks greyed out

Hi,

I recently redownloaded spotify on my android again and I went to listen to some music, I cannot access a single song, it only allows me to play songs if I use the shuffle play button but I cannot access any other songs on spotify?

I got premium for 3 months for 99p a year ago, that ran out and it worked fine but now it won't work.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Hi there. Sounds more you are on the free plan which as you can see only allows shuffle play... And will also throw some suggested tracks in there as well.

Free users are unable to select a specific track to play, if you want to have full access to Spotify and the premium features it allows such as downloading for offline listening, track selection and the higher quality audio then you will need to subscribe to a premium plan.
