Hey Daniel, thanks for your help. Anyway I'm trying to solve this without getting all my offline playlists erased (more than 2000 songs). If I can't find a solution I will follow your steps.

I just had my Android upgraded. When I open the Spotify app it seems to open but the black screen closes and flashes a message saying "Spotify doesn't find a memory". The SD Card is working, anyway I took it out but it did not work out. I also gave Spotify a permission to keep the storage in the phone. Can someone help me?

The cellphone is a Moto G2.

When you upgraded to Android 6.x did you allow it to format your SD card as internal to allow apps to be store don it? If so, you'll need to transfer all files off the SD card onto a PC. Reformat it in the phone (as external storage), then transfer your files back.
