custom playlist unavailable when offline :/

hi guys,

this has happened a few times now.

i have a user def playlist with around 300 songs in it - i keep it updated and offlined

but sometimes when i select it to play while offline, it says not available 😕

no idea why

Only sometimes or all of the time?

If it's sometimes I suspect you have a cleaning app installed such as clean master which can clear your offline cache. Check any apps designed to clean your device and see if you can add an exception for Spotify

thanks for the reply - i dont have an cache cleaning apps installed, so im not sure it is that
