Spotify says I'm offline and I'm not (tried everything to fix)

No songs will play, I cant even click a song to play and I have full internet connection.
I followed the steps and cleared data, uninstalled app, restart my phone, install app again, retrieve username and change password.
My phone is up to date their are no updates and I have plenty of extra gigs on my s6 edge.
Please help!!! It's been like this for a month.
It first started when I cancelled spotify premium and then I changed my facebook pswd. I think it might have something to do with facebook since I tried signing in from a different device and it wouldn't click any song.
Oh and BTW. I'm not in offline mode at all. I checked my settings I've pretty much done everything possible.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
