My spotify constantly freezes. I have the Premium and I use the offline mode as well but it still freezes over and over again within one song. HELP! Why pay for something that does not work!

Hi there. Maybe there's something wrong with the storage on your phone. it could be because it's almost full and since there's no more space it freezes. What kind of android do u have? is the app updated?

I have a Galaxy Note 4. The app is updated.
