hello.

im having trouble with the android spotify app on my galaxy s5.

sometimes when im listening to my music it suddenly stops. when i try to open the app the only thing is get is a black screen with the green loading circle. after a few seconds it says ''no internet connection''. (while my internet just works normaly) i cant even get to the offline playeble music or settings. even if i restart the app completly it isnt fixed.

than after a while of no change it suddenly starts playing again and everything works again. sometimes it takes days before it works again...

how is this possible?

Try disabling the power saving feature in your phone settings. Lots of Samsung users have issues with this affecting spotify.

I dont have any power saving turned on..

Ok. Can You try a clean install following the guide linked in my signature?
