1. Go to http://spotify.com/

2. Login to your account

3. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

4. It should show below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

it shows me as Spotify Free ,but my card is being charged
9.99 what do I do?

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Did you receive or have you received in the past a Spotify Receipt?

If so, look for the username your paying for, and be sure to login with it to be able to cancel properly.

Look for this in the email:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx
