Spotify Android deletes downloaded Albums!

Hi all,

First post here, took me longer than I'd like to admit to find out how to post, but I got there!

So I have spotify student premium (have had for like 3 years) and got it on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 phone.

I recently got a new 64GB SD card and it's loaded and that's fine, but maybe a few days after downloading albums for offline listening (we're talking about maybe 1,500 songs so far?) the music's just removed!

I need to note that my playlists remain downloaded which is what makes this a lot more confusing.

I just end up re downloading it all but it takes ages of course!

Does anyone have any help to offer for this? I don't understand why it's happening.

Do you have any cache or memory cleaning apps installed? These sometimes detect the Spotify offline files as cache and remove them.
