Android app not working on mobile data (Moto G)

Hello!

My app doesn't work while on mobile data. It works perfectly on wi-fi and offline, but as soon as I go on data, it disconnects and the message GO ONLINE appears everywhere. I have an unlimited data plan and everything else on the phone works just fine.

I've been having this issue for a couple months now but I was mostly at the office so it wasn't really an issue. Now I'm moving a lot and I need it to work without wi-fi. I found a similar thread on the board but it was specifically for T-Mobile phones so it doesn't apply for me.

I've reinstalled the app, updated Android, cleaned cache several times, changed my APN settings, you name it...

My phone is a Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen running Android 6 Build MPB24.65-34.

My account is Spotify Premium and the version is 5.1.0.849.

I'd recommend you contact the carrier, especially if it's working OK on WiFi as the app will just tap into whatever network connection is available.
