Someone know how to block by Firewall Spotify free and premium from IOS, PC, WEB and ANDROID?

Depends of the firewall.

Could be by app, by ports, or through the router.

i tried by ip's on Mikrotik router but do not work, can you help me?

You can try blocking traffic on ports: 78.31.8.0/21 and port 4070 for TCP as well as port 80 for TCP

Just be warned that blocking port 80 will affect any web server traffic as well
