Sound problem

I have premium, and it doesn't matter if I'm offline or with wi fi, the song keeps playing but there's no sound. And I have to forward the song so I can hear it. I already downloaded the app two times.
No one else has my user and I have this problem on my Samsung. If someone can Help me, thanks.

If that doesn't work. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!
