I upgraded to spotify premium using the student discount. When filling in my information to prove I am a student it did not find my information. I was still charged the $5 but still cannot using the premium features. I have logged out and in twice and still no luck. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts

It says im using spotify free but I was still charged for the Spotify student premium???

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Ive emailed the spotify support but still no luck. I responed back to the automated reply as well, and still nothing.

Hi, apologies for that. I know there's been some issues recently with support getting some emails.

I've escalated this thread via the community so that staff can see it and hopefully someone should be in contact with you soon.

Hi, apologies for the delay. Have you received any emails back from support? Make sure to check your junk/spam folder as sometimes they may get sent there.
